All kinds of documents and applications must be submitted with a prior appointment and in person. We strongly recommend to contact the Consulate General at least 2 MONTHS ahead of your proposed date of travel to make arrangements.

IMPORTANT: In case of applications for more than one person, it is required that a copy of all documents be send by post to the Consulate General, making sure it reaches destination at least one week prior to the appointment. In the case of Working Visas applicants and others who have received documentation from Dirección Nacional de Migraciones in the form of a sealed envelope to be opened only by Consular officers, this must be delivered to the Consulate General along with the copy of the rest of the supporting documents.
Please make sure that:
you have answered clearly all the required questions on the form(s)
you have signed and dated the form(s) where asked
all supporting documents you show are originals
you make your application in good time, but normally not more than 3 months before your date of travel
provide photocopies of EVERY supporting document
