National and International open bid to build high-speed railway: Buenos Aires-Mendoza.
The Argentine government is calling for a National and International open bid to build the first high-speed railway in South America , which will cover Buenos Aires-Mendoza. President Kirchner has been trying to encourage the development of long-distance passenger trains as part of his policy to improve public transport.
