Adriana Bustos
(Bahía Blanca, 1965)
Graduated at Escuela de Bellas Artes Figueroa Alcorta and Facultad de Psicología, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. She was artist in residence at El Basilisco (Avellaneda, Argentina), RIAA (Ostende, Argentina), Braziers (Oxford, UK), Phoenix Art (Brighton, UK) and La Guarda (Salta, Argentina). She was granted a scholarship by the Fondo Nacional de las Artes, Fundación Antorchas and the Culture Secretariat. She has participated in various exhibitions both in Argentina and abroad, and has received the following awards: Cultural Mention Chandon Córdoba 2004 and Tucumán 2005, Second Prize in Photography at Salón de Córdoba, 2006; First Regional Prize OSDE 2006; First Cultural Prize Chandon Salta 2006. She also received a mention from Fundación Andreani in 2007 and the Roggio third prize in Visual Arts, 2008. She currently lives and works in Córdoba.
