A celebration of the quality and diversity of comic art in Argentina, from early editorial cartoons and comic strips and the post-1945 "Golden Age" through to Grillo, Mordillo, Muñoz, Quino and other modern masters and today's next generation. The exhibition will be part of the Bicentenary Celebration.
Curated by Paul Gravett and Sylvia Libedinsky with the Viñetas Sueltas Festival, Buenos Aires.

Argentine pianist Marcela Roggeri and clarinist Florent Heau will perform at the Bolivar Hall of the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela as part of the Bicentenary Celebrations. The programme will include music by Piazzolla, Guastavino and Ginastera. The concert is supported by Opus Musica and the Argentine Embassy.
